2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device or reads information from. Similar functions may also be performed by other technologies, such as browser local/session storage or online identifiers. In this policy the term cookies covers those technologies as well.

3. Legal basis

Necessary cookies are used only to the extent required to transmit communications, to operate a service you explicitly requested (sign-in, shopping cart, form submission), to secure the website and to store your choices. Under section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications no consent is required for them. Any subsequent processing of personal data is based on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.

Analytics, marketing and functional (external content) cookies are used solely on the basis of your prior consent under section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. and art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Until consent is granted we neither run these technologies nor load the providers scripts. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings". Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
