Together with our masterbakers we’ve spent years developing our recipes and baking processes, working with Europe’s finest bakers to create a truly innovative artisan bakery, which combines traditional methods with cutting edge automation technology.

Motherdough yeast

Works as a natural conservant. Thanks to this our products are very tasty, diet friendly and they last much longer fresh than other conventional bakery products.

Stone deck ovens

We produce our dough in accordance with traditional methods of slow cold fermentation using motherdough yeast. Leavened dough is divided in the gentlest possible way, and all of our products are baked in stone deck ovens.

Flour

We control all supplies of the best french and german flour that we are using.

Pioneering technology

Key of our production is custom made automatic line based on stone ovens, which combines traditional fermentation and baking methods controled by computer, so our products are always perfect.
